The waterbird breeding population survey, a priority programme for avifauna

Abstract

This booklet presents the initial findings of the inventory: following clarification of the methodological approach and preliminary classification of water bodies, the studies on red-necked grebes, gadwalls and teals — structured according to the species processing scheme for avifauna — present the results of the breeding inventory to date.
